AWANA Ministry

AWANA is an acrostic based from 2 Timothy 2:15 - "Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed". AWANA is a unique ministry that combines games, scripture memorization, and an object lesson together, with the main focus to present the clubbers with the Gospel message. The ministry is designed for anyone ages 3 - 12th grade.

An AWANA night is broken up into five segments: flag ceremony, handbook time, game time, council time, and closing prayer. Even though game time is what the clubbers are attracted to, they are presented the gospel each and every night in a way that can be applicable and practical to their every day lives.

Through this ministry, the clubbers are able to have fun as a child, but also learn how to live as an adult the way that Christ intends each of us to live.
