The Facts About FAITH
- FAITH is an ongoing, comprehensive evangelism, ministry, and assimilation strategy that functions through your Sunday School ministry.
- FAITH grew from the ministry of First Baptist Church, Daytona Beach, Florida over a 12-year period of time and it has been proven successful.
- FAITH is taught at a time during the week that is set aside for FAITH instruction and visitation.
- A FAITH semester lasts for 16 weeks. Each weekly session of FAITH, including visitation and reporting, lasts approximately 3 hours.
- At least one FAITH Team should be created for each age division in your Sunday School. A FAITH Team is comprised of one Team Leader and two Learners.
- Twenty-eight SBC churches originated FAITH in January 1998. Today more than 5000 churches have been equipped at a FAITH Clinic. New FAITH churches are being added weekly.
- ANY CHURCH OF ANY SIZE can successfully implement the FAITH Sunday School Evangelism Strategy® with the committed leadership of its pastor and a Sunday School that is willing to obey the Great Commission.
- You will receive all of the FAITH training and teaching resources necessary to start implementing FAITH in your church when you attend a FAITH Clinic or National FAITH Institute.
- The FAITH gospel presentation is simple and easy to learn.
- FAITH enables your church to realize more public professions of faith, increased baptisms, and stronger assimilation of new members into your church.
- FAITH builds people rather than using them as workers. FAITH builds Great Commission Christians.
- FAITH revitalizes Sunday School and church life.
- FAITH develops confidence for soul-winning.
- Churches participating in FAITH may order additional FAITH resources, including resources for FAITH Advanced, Student FAITH, Student FAITH Advanced, and FAITH Discipleship.
